Refund & Cancellation Policy

Grad Bridgeway services are typically provided under a written agreement or Statement of Work.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, the minimum engagement term is one year. Month-to-month arrangements may be available only if agreed to in writing and may be subject to a premium flex-rate due to added administrative and production costs.

A partner may cancel their agreement by providing 60 days’ written notice to Grad Bridgeway.

If a partner cancels before the end of the committed term, an early termination fee may apply. This fee may equal up to 40% of the remaining fees due under the current agreement or Statement of Work. This helps cover unrecovered costs related to content planning, production, setup, scheduling, and technical deployment.

If Grad Bridgeway terminates an agreement without cause, the partner may receive a pro-rated refund for any prepaid fees covering the unused portion of the service term.

Either party may terminate an agreement for cause if the other party materially breaches the agreement, including non-payment, and fails to resolve the issue within 15 days of written notice.
