It Started Close to Home...

Like many families, we have watched young people wrestle with a question that sounds simple but rarely is: What am I going to do after high school?

Some students have a clear answer. Many do not. They may know about a few familiar choices without realizing how many other possibilities exist or which path might fit their interests, strengths, and goals.

That stayed with us.

We began thinking about how different the decision might feel if students had more opportunities to discover new paths without pressure. Not through another assignment or one-time presentation, but by making real possibilities part of the places students already see every day.

Grad Bridgeway grew from that idea. We are building the kind of resource we would have wanted for our own families: a welcoming, practical way for students to learn what is available and feel more hopeful, curious, and confident about what could come next.

If Grad Bridgeway helps a student discover a path they had not considered before, it is doing exactly what we created it to do.

Our Mission

Grad Bridgeway’s mission is to help students discover the full range of opportunities available after high school by making college, career, skilled-trade, apprenticeship, and workforce pathways more visible and easier to understand.

We connect schools with organizations offering meaningful next steps so students have more chances to see what is possible before they decide what comes next.

Grad Bridgeway is a Michigan limited liability company with four equal members. Our operations are based in Oakland County, serving schools and Opportunity Partners throughout Michigan.
